Project life cycle

Cost Agreement

PARTIES:
A. The clients.
B. The web designer: MRNguyen.com, PO Box 528, Cabramatta NSW 2166, Australia
The client have agreed to instruct the web designer to act in the matter listed in Schedule 1 with in the conditions contained herein for the costs, expenses and fees specificed in Schedule 2.

CONDITIONS:

  1. The client shall pay the GST on the web designer's fees.
  2. The client shall pay 50% of the project cost at the commercement of the the project.
  3. The client shall pay for the on-going hosting and domain name renewal cost.
  4. The client shall provide all content and graphics for the website.
  5. On-time deliverable is dependent on the complexity of the requirements.
    • Low complexity - deliver with in 2 weeks.
    • Medium complexity - deliver between 2 weeks - 3 months.
    • High complexity - more than 3 months.
